When do I need to book my ski hire clothing?Ski West is a very popular ski clothing hire shop and although we have extremely high stock levels, as the ski season approaches the demand for our fantastic range of ski hire clothing increases. As a result we would always advise that you book as early as possible to guarantee that you have the full access to our great range of ski clothing to hire. Do I have to visit your shop in order to hire your ski clothing?If you haven't skied before it is certainly advisable to actually come into the shop to try on the ski clothing. By visiting us we can better advise you as to which ski clothing you will be best hiring and we can ensure that you get the correct size. However, we do also have a new online hire service which is specifically designed for all those who find it difficult to visit the shop. you are hiring from a reputable ski clothing hire Hire Items
We recommend you call or visit our Ski Hire Clothing Warehouse/showroom, well in advance of your holiday so that you can have the widest choice of clothes to try on and reserve. Hire PeriodIf your trip is for a week (typically, Saturday to Saturday), the clothes are booked out to you for a maximum period of 13 days. You are free to take the clothes from us at any time within those 13 days but we must have them back within 7 days of return from your Holiday. If you are going away for less then a week, to obtain the 25% discount, you must have the clothes out of the shop for a maximum period of 6 days. Otherwise you are liable for the weekly (7-13 days) hire charge. Clothing & Accessores For Hire OnlineOur new online hire service is designed specially for all those who find it difficult to visit to try on clothes and reserve them. Either order online with the booking form or phone through your measurements and requirements on 01453 819247. See our size guide. Booking & ConfirmationWe will confirm your online booking within 48 hours and only then will we charge your card. If you book online or mail order, the clothes will reach you on the Monday before your departure and must be returned after your holiday so as to reach us by closing time on Thursday evening at 5.30pm. Delivery is charged at £7 per order. You are responsible for the return of the clothes and the cost. If the clothes are not received back by the Thursday evening, you will be charged an extra 50% for the 14-20 days' hire period. Hire Charges
DepositsWe ask for a deposit on booking of twice the total hire costs. If this is paid by cheque or card, we do not charge your account, but hold the cheque or manual paper card swipe in our deposits box until you return. As long as the clothes are returned without any damage the cheque or paper will be returned to you or torn up. If there is damage, we ask for the full repair or replacement costs, dependent on how reparable it is. Cancellation ChargesPlease note the cancellation charges for booked clothes:
